Using eDesk for Routine Maintenance

Status Check

eDesk provides the status check function to check the memory usage, CPU temperature, CPU usage, flash cache, and fan speed of devices, detecting abnormal devices in a timely manner.

Online PMI

eDesk provides the online PMI function to inspect and analyze the running status, configuration data, and performance statistics of hardware and software devices, comprehensively evaluating the health status of devices.

Offline PMI

eDesk provides the offline PMI function to analyze PMI packets of devices offline, comprehensively evaluating their health status. Currently, offline PMI cannot be used to inspect software.
