Verification Procedure and Troubleshooting

Procedure

  1. Log in to the HMM CLI again.

    For details, see Logging In to the Server Over a Network Port by Using PuTTY.

  2. Check whether the HMM is of the target version.

    For details, see Checking the HMM Software Version.

    Ensure that the HMM version is correct.

Troubleshooting

If the login fails, contact Technical Support.

If the HMM is not of the target version or an error message is displayed, upgrade the HMM again. If the upgrade still fails, record the operations you have taken, and send the information to Technical Support.
