The delete clone command is used to delete clone tasks.

delete clone clone_id=?

To obtain the value, run "show clone general".

Usage Guidelines

  • Exercise caution when running this command as doing so deletes the configuration information on the selected clone task.
  • You must remove existing secondary LUNs from a clone task before you can delete the task.

Example

To delete clone task "1", run the following command:

admin:/>delete clone clone_id=1
WARNING: You are about to delete clone. This operation will clear the configuration of the clone.
Suggestion: Before performing this operation, ensure that the selected clone is correct to avoid misoperation.
