change system permission_hardening

Function

The change system permission_hardening command is used to configure the system permission hardening switch. Run this command to enable or disable the system permission hardening function.

Format

change system permission_hardening enable=?

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": The system permission hardening function will be enabled.
  • "no": The system permission hardening function will be disabled.

Example

  • To enable the system permission hardening function for the storage system, run the following command:change permission_hardening enable=yes.

    admin:/>change system permission_hardening enable=yes
    WARNING: You are about to enable system permission hardening. This operation takes effect only after a new window is opened.
    Suggestion: Before performing this operation, ensure that system permission hardening needs to be enabled.
    Have you read warning message carefully?(y/n)y
    Are you sure you really want to perform the operation?(y/n)y
    Command executed successfully.
  • To disable the system permission hardening function for the storage system, run the following command:change permission_hardening enable=no.

    admin:/>change system permission_hardening enable=no
    WARNING: You are about to disable system permission hardening. This operation changes the permissions of some system files and takes effect only after a new window is opened.
    Suggestion: Before performing this operation, ensure that system permission hardening needs to be disabled.
