Function

The create file_extension_filter cifs command is used to create a file name extension filtering rule for a CIFS share.

Format

create file_extension_filter cifs share_id=? file_extension_name=? rule_type=?

Parameters

share_id=? Share ID.

Integer(0~2^64-1).

file_extension_name=? File name extension.

The parameter value contains 1 to 127 characters, including letters and wildcard characters (? and *). The wildcard character (*) can only be the last character.

rule_type=? Rule type.

The parameter value can only be "only_allow" or "only_deny".

Parameters "share_id=?", "file_extension_name=?", and "rule_type=?" must be entered at the same time.

Example

  • Create a file name extension filtering rule for a CIFS share.

    admin:/>create file_extension_filter cifs share_id=4 file_extension_name=txt rule_type=only_allow
    Command executed successfully.
  • Query the created file name extension filtering rule.

    admin:/>show file_extension_filter cifs share_id=4
