change lun_copy general

Function

The change lun_copy general command is used to modify the attributes of a logical unit number (LUN) copy. By running this command, you can change the name and LUN copy rate a LUN copy.

Format

change lun_copy general lun_copy_id=? { name=? | copy_speed=? } *

lun_copy_id=? ID of a LUN copy.

To obtain the value, run "show lun_copy general".

name=? An updated name of a LUN copy.

The value contains 1 to 31 characters including digits, letters, underscores (_), hyphens (-), and periods (.).

copy_speed=? Rate of a LUN copy task.

The value can be:

  • "Low": indicates the low copy speed.
  • "Middle": indicates the medium copy speed.
  • "High": indicates the high copy speed.
  • "Highest": indicates the highest copy speed.

Before running this command, ensure that the selected LUN copy is in the normal state.

Example

To modify the attributes of LUN copy "0", where the updated rate of the LUN copy task is "Middle", and the updated LUN copy name is "newname", run the following command:
