Installing an OS

This topic describes how to install the operating system (OS) for the CH225 V3.

To query the OSs supported by the CH225 V3, use the Huawei Server Compatibility Checker. HDDs and SSDs are recommended for OS installation.

RHEL 7.1 supports scheduled hot-swap of NVMe PCIe SSDs.

NOTE:

To upgrade the NVMe PCIe SSD driver, download the driver file in the vendor's official website.
