Powering Off the CH225 V3

Scenario

You can use any of the following methods to power off the compute node:

  • If the chassis is powered on and the installed compute node is abnormal, hold down the power button on the front panel for 6 seconds to power off the compute node. If the status indicator turns yellow, the compute node is powered off successfully.

This section describes how to use the MM910 WebUI to remotely power off the compute node.

Procedure

  1. Back up service data of the compute node.
  2. Log in to the MM910 WebUI. For details, see Logging In to the MM910 WebUI.
  1. On HMM Web, choose PSUs&Fans.
  2. On the left panel, choose Power Management > Power Control.

  3. Select one or more compute nodes and click Normal Power Off.

    The selected compute nodes are powered off.

    NOTE:

    Selecting the check box marked in red in Figure 4-2 means selecting all compute nodes. Clicking Normal Power Off powers off all compute nodes.
