Monitoring MLD Snooping Running Status


In routine maintenance, you can run the following commands in any view to view the MLD snooping running status including checking the configuration, member and router ports, multicast group entries, and packets statistics.


  • Run the display mld-snooping [ vlan vlan-id ] configuration command to check configurations of MLD snooping.
  • Run the display mld-snooping [ vlan vlan-id ] command to check running parameters of MLD snooping.
  • Run the display mld-snooping port-info [ vlan vlan-id [ group ipv6-group-address ] ] [ verbose ] command to check member ports of a multicast group.
  • Run the display mld-snooping router-port [ vlan vlan-id ] command to check router ports.
  • Run the display mld-snooping statistics [ vlan vlan-id ] command to check MLD snooping statistics.
