OSPF detected a pre-restart neighbor on the virtual link.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[process-id] Indicates the ID of an OSPF process.
RouterId Indicates the ID of a router.
TransitAreaId Indicates the ID of the transit area.
HelperVirtNbrCount Indicates the number of neighbors that establish the virtual link with the Helper.
HelperShamLinkNbrCount Indicates the number of the sham link.
HelperNormalNbrCount Indicates the number of normal neighbors.
