Procedure
- Rectify the signature database loading fault as follows:
- Check the engine status.
- Use a valid signature database file to try again.
- Try again later.
- Wait for another automatic update or use commands to force an update.
- Purchase the signature database update service.
- Renew the update service expiration date.
- Clear invalid files on the CF card.
- Use a valid signature database file for the update.
- Update the signature database file.
- If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
