MON/4/CPU_USAGE_HIGH
Message
MON/4/CPU_USAGE_HIGH:The CPU is overloaded, and the tasks with top three CPU occupancy are [STRING].(CpuUsage=[ULONG]%, Threshold=[ULONG]%)
Description
The CPU was overloaded; names of the tasks whose CPU usages rank top three and their CPU usages were displayed. If these tasks contained sub-tasks, names of the sub-tasks and their CPU usages were also displayed.
Parameters
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
[STRING] | Indicates names of the tasks whose CPU usages rank top three and their CPU usages. If these tasks contained sub-tasks, names of the sub-tasks and their CPU usages were also displayed. |
CpuUsage | Indicates the CPU usage. |
Threshold | Indicates the CPU usage threshold. The value ranges from 2 to 100. |
Possible Causes
1: The CPU usage of some tasks is too high.
2: The CPU usage threshold is too low.
3. The system is abnormal.
Procedure
- Run the display cpu-usage command to view the CPU usage. If the CPU usage remains high in a long period of time, contact technical support personnel.
- Run the display cpu-usage_configuration command to view the CPU usage threshold. If the threshold is too low, run the set cpu-usage threshold command to modify the threshold.
- If the CPU usage is high for a short time and restored to the normal range, check whether the service volume increases in a certain period.
- If the CPU usage remains high, the system may be abnormal. Contact technical support personnel.
- If the alarm is not caused by the preceding reasons, contact technical support personnel.
