Possible Causes
The digital certificate has been deleted.
The digital certificate fails to be read.
Procedure
Run the display pki peer-certificate command to check whether the digital certificate of the remote device exists.
If the digital certificate of the remote device exists, go to step 2.
If the digital certificate of the remote device does not exist, re-import the digital certificate of the remote device.
Collect relevant information and contact technical support personnel.
