Possible Causes
1. The local certificate does not exist.
2. No buffer is configured for the CRL in the PKI domain. The mode and URL are incorrectly configured for verifying the local certificate in the PKI domain.
Procedure
Check whether the local certificate exists.
Check whether the buffer is configured in the PKI domain, and the mode and URL are correctly configured for verifying the local certificate.
