Description
The IPSec module responded to the NHRP deletion notification
and dynamically deleted an IKE peer.

Possible Causes
After an IPSec profile is bound to the mGRE interface,
the IPSec module responds to the event and records it in a log if
the device deletes one NHRP peer entry.
