PPP/4/LOOPBACK:On the interface [interface-name], PPP link was closed because loopback was detected after PPP link had been established.
Procedure
- Check whether loopback detection is configured on the interface. If loopback detection has been disabled and the link loop persists, go to step 2.
- Check whether a physical loop exists on the PPP link. Remove the lines between the local device and the remote device. If the interface goes Down, no loop exists on the local device. If the interface is in Up status, contact technical support personnel.
