Description

The AP transited to fault state because no heartbeat packet was received from the AP.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[ULONG1] Indicates the ID of an AP.
[UCHAR1]-[UCHAR2]-[UCHAR3]-[UCHAR4]-[UCHAR5]-[UCHAR6] Indicates the MAC address of the AP.
[STRING1] Indicates the name of the AP.

Possible Causes

1:

The network between the AC and the AP is disconnected.

2:

The AP is faulty.

3:

The AC is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Ping the AP from the AC to check whether packets can be transmitted.
    • If not, the network is disconnected. Check the network connection.
    • If so, contact technical support personnel.
