1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.1

hwIfIpAddrEntIfIndex

InterfaceIndex

accessible-for-notify

This object indicates the index of an interface. The interface with this index is the same as the interface specified by the ifIndex in the IF-MIB.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.2

hwIfIpAddrEntAddr

IpAddress

accessible-for-notify

This object indicates the IP address of an interface.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.3

hwIfIpAddrEntType

INTEGER {

unicast(1),

anycast(2),

broadcast(3)

}

Read-only

This object indicates the address type.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.4

hwIfIpAddrEntPrefix

IpAddress

Read-only

This object indicates the subnet mask of an IP address.

The subnet mask is all the IP addresses with the network bit as 1 and the host bit as 0.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.5

hwIfIpAddrEntOrigin

INTEGER {

assignedIp(1),

dhcpIp(2),

bootpIp(3),

other(4),

linklayer(5),

random(6)

}

Read-only

This object indicates how the IP address of an interface is obtained.
  • assignedIp (1) indicates that the IP address is manually configured.
  • dhcpIp(2) indicates that the IP address is assigned by the DHCP server.
  • bootpIp(3) indicates that the IP address is obtained using BOOTP.
  • other(4) indicates that the IP address is obtained using other methods.
  • linklayer(5) indicates that the IPv6 address is obtained by stateful address autoconfiguration.
  • random(6) indicates that the IP address is randomly selected by the system. For example, the system selects an IPv4 address on the network segment 10.1.0.0/16 or selects a private address defined in RFC 3041.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.41.1.2.3.1.6

hwIfIpAddrEntStatus

INTEGER {

preferred(1),

deprecated(2),

invalid(3),

inaccessible(4),

unknown(5),

tentative(6),

duplicate(7),

optimistic(8)

}

Read-only

This object indicates whether the IP address can be used for communication. The value is preferred (1) for IPv4 addresses.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.
