The values of hwBfdSessPerfPktIn, hwBfdSessPerfPktInHC, hwBfdSessPerfPktOut, hwBfdSessPerfPktOutHC, hwBfdSessPerfBadIn, hwBfdSessPerfBadInHC, hwBfdSessPerfBadOut, and hwBfdSessPerfBadOutHC are recounted when the session changes from Up to Down or from Down to Up to distinguish the number of packets used for session negotiation and session detection.
