If TRUE reliability is enabled on the neighbor, else reliability is not enabled on the neighbor.

Since reliability is not configurable now, the value of hwRsvpTeNbrReliabilityEnabled will be set to be false under the following circumstances:
  • 1. when receiving the Path Error message or
  • when receiving the Resv Error message with Error Code 13 (Unknown object class) and Error Value 23 (MESSAGE_ID Class);
  • 3. when times of retransmission exceed three.
