RowStatus

This object indicates the row status:

  • 1: active
  • 4: createandgo
  • 6: destroy

Default value: none.

Creation Restriction

  • hwCBQoSPolicyClassIndex must be the same as the value of hwCBQoSPolicyClassCount in hwCBQoSPolicyCfgInfoTable.

  • hwCBQoSPolicyClassClassifierIndex and hwCBQoSPolicyClassBehaviorIndex must be set.

  • After a traffic policy is created, the system associates the default traffic classifier default-class and the default traffic behavior be with the traffic policy.

  • The number of user-defined traffic classifiers cannot exceed 1023; the total number of traffic classifiers (including the default traffic classifier) cannot exceed 1024.

  • The restrictions on the type and number of queues corresponding to corehwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName are as follows:

  • If the queue wfq command has been used, hwCBQoSPolicyClassName can only be set to default-class; otherwise, an error message is displayed.

  • If EF and LLQ queues are configured, hwCBQoSPolicyClassName cannot be set to default-class. In addition, a maximum of four traffic behaviors can be configured with EF and LLQ in the traffic policy.

  • If the queue af command has been used, the maximum number of behaviors in which the queue af command is used is 64.

  • In the same traffic policy, the bandwidth types of traffic behaviors in which the queue af command has been used and traffic behaviors in which the queue ef command has been used must be the same, that is, percentage or absolute value. If the percentage type is used, the sum of percentages must be less than 100; otherwise, an error message is displayed.

  • One traffic classifier can be bound to only use one traffic behavior, whereas one traffic behavior can be bound to multiple traffic classifiers. For example, traffic behavior A can be bound to traffic classifier A and traffic classifier B.

  • hwCBQoSPolicyClassName and hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName are read-only variables, so they cannot be set.

  • You must set the row status to CreateAndGo(4) when creating a row.

  • If a traffic policy has been used, modification restrictions must be met when you create a traffic classifier.

Modification Restriction

If you want to modify traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName after a traffic policy has been applied, the following restrictions must be met:

  • When a traffic policy is used in FR QoS and bound to an FR class:

    • In hwCBQoSQueueCfgInfoTable, hwCBQoSQueueType of all traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName must be set to EF(1) or AF(2), and if hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthUnit is set to Absolute, Unit Kbps(1), the sum of hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthValue values cannot exceed the maximum bandwidth (the minimum number of CIR and MINCIR) of FR class; otherwise, an error message is displayed.

  • If a traffic policy is applied to the following interfaces:

    • In hwCBQoSRemarkCfgInfoTable, hwCBQoSRemarkType of all traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName cannot be set to FR-DE(6); if a traffic policy is applied to an outbound interface, the traffic behaviors cannot have entries in hwCBQoSGtsCfgInfoTable or hwCBQoSQueueCfgInfoTable.

  • If a traffic policy is applied to an ATM interface, VE interface, sub-interface, or FR interface with FR traffic shaping enabled:

    • Traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName cannot have entries in hwCBQoSQueueCfgInfoTable.

    • In hwCBQoSQueueCfgInfoTable, hwCBQoSQueueType of all traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName must be set to EF(1) or AF(2); if hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthUnit is set to Absolute, Unit Kbps(1), the sum of hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthValue values cannot exceed the maximum reserved bandwidth on the interface.

  • If a traffic policy is applied to an ATM PVC:

    • In hwCBQoSQueueCfgInfoTable, hwCBQoSQueueType of all traffic behaviors corresponding to hwCBQoSPolicyBehaviorName must be set to EF(1) or AF(2); if hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthUnit is set to Absolute, Unit Kbps(1), the sum of hwCBQoSQueueBandwidthValue values cannot exceed the maximum reserved bandwidth for the ATM PVC on the interface.

If only the row status and index are set, and the row corresponding to the index exists and the row status is set to active(1), a message indicating that the row status is modified successfully is displayed.

Deletion Restriction

  • If you delete a traffic classifier according to the traffic classifier index (deleted index), the remaining entries whose indexes are larger than the deleted index will reduce by one in the hwCBQoSPolicyClassIndex value and whose indexes are smaller than the deleted index will keep unchanged in the hwCBQoSPolicyClassIndexin value, but will reduce by one in the hwCBQoSPolicyClassCount value in hwCBQoSPolicyCfgInfoTable.

  • If the traffic policy corresponding to the primary index exists, the index of the secondary traffic policy is within the range, and the row status is set to destroy(6), a message indicating that the row status is deleted successfully is deleted.
