This notification is generated when:
  • The transit-vpn command is not configured, one interface is associated with this VRF, and the ifOperStatus of this interface changes from up(1) to down(2).
  • The transit-vpn command is not configured, multiple interfaces are associated with this VRF, ifOperStatus of all except one of these interfaces is equal to up(1), and ifOperStatus of that interface changes from up(1) to down(2).
  • The transit-vpn command is not configured, and the last interface with ifOperStatus equal to up(1) is disassociated from a VRF.
  • The transit-vpn command was configured but now is deleted, and this VRF is not bound to any interface or bound to interfaces in the Down state.

Currently, the binding variable is ifName.
