This table is used to manage VAPs. A VAP is generated by binding a radio on an AP to a ESS. The entries in this table can be created, deleted, queried, and modified.

The indexes of this table are hwMacWlanServiceVapApMac, hwMacWlanServiceVapRadioIndex, and hwMacWlanServiceVapEssName.
