Function

The display device command displays the type and status of components on a device.

Usage Guidelines

You can use this command to check the working status of components on a device and verify that the device is working normally.

Item

Description

Slot

Slot ID of a component.

Sub

Subcard ID.

Type

Type of a component.

Online

Whether a component is available:
  • Present: The component is available.
  • Absent: The component is unavailable.

Power

Whether a component has been powered on:
  • PowerOn: The component has been powered on.
  • PowerOff: The component has been powered off.
  • NA: Whether the component has been powered on is unknown. This field may display NA after the device restarts.

Register

Whether a component has registered:
  • Registered: The component has registered.
  • Unregistered: The component has not registered.

Alarm

Whether a component is working normally:
  • Abnormal: The component does not work normally.
  • Inserting: The component has just been installed (while the power is on) and is loading the software.
  • Normal: The component is running normally.

Primary

Master/Slave status of an MPU:
  • Master: active MPU
  • Slave: standby MPU
  • NA: other component
