A CA certificate failed to be obtained.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[realm-name] Indicates a PKI domain name.

Possible Causes

1. No CA ID is configured in the PKI domain.

2. The enrollment URL in the PKI domain is incorrectly configured.

3. The fingerprint of the certificate is incorrectly configured in the PKI domain.


  1. Check whether the mandatory parameters of the PKI domain and entity are correctly configured.
  2. Check whether the entity can ping the CA server.
