[Hot-standby-service Id]

HSB service ID. The value is 0.

[Service Status]

HSB service status. The value can be DISCONNECT and CONNECT.

[Ip Address]

Port number. The value ranges from 10240 to 49152.

Possible Causes

The HSB channel is in CONNECT or DISCONNECT state.

  1. When the HSB channel status changes from CONNECT to DISCONNECT, you must check whether the physical link between the master and backup firewalls is normal.
  2. If the HSB channel persists in CONNECT state, the HSB service is in normal state. This is mandatory for backup.
