Exporting a Quota Report

This section explains how to export a quota report. The quota report can be used to collect and view statistics about capacities or file numbers used by users, user groups, and folders.


  • You have logged in to the DeviceManager as an administrator that has the permission to export a quota report. The following administrators have the permission:
    • Super administrator
    • Resource administrator
    • Administrator
    • Read-only user
  • At least one quota has been created.


  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Provisioning > InfoAllocator > Quota Management.
  3. Select the quotas that you want to export and choose Save As > Save Selected.

    The Download File dialog box is displayed (Taking Windows Internet Explorer as an example).

    • You can export multiple quotas at a time. You can also choose Save As > Save All to export all the quota reports.
    • By entering the name of a user or user group and click Search, you can view quotas of the searched user or user group.

  4. Click Save. The quota report is exported to a specific local location.
