Disabling Link Flapping Protection on an Interface

Use either of the following methods to disable link flapping protection on interfaces:
  • Run the undo port link-flap trigger error-down command in the system view to disable link flapping protection on all interfaces.

    # Disable link flapping protection on all interfaces.
    <HUAWEI> system-view
    [~HUAWEI] undo port link-flap trigger error-down
    [*HUAWEI] commit
  • Run the port link-flap threshold 0 command in the interface view to disable link flapping protection on a specified interface.

    # Disable link flapping protection on 10GE1/0/1.
    <HUAWEI> system-view
    [~HUAWEI] interface 10ge 1/0/1
    [~HUAWEI-10GE1/0/1] port link-flap threshold 0
    [*HUAWEI-10GE1/0/1] commit
