Configure DHCP relay on CE series switches as follows:

[*HUAWEI-Vlanif100] ip address 10.10.20.1 24
[*HUAWEI-Vlanif100] dhcp select relay  //Enable DHCP relay on the interface.
[*HUAWEI-Vlanif100] quit
[*HUAWEI] commit
[~HUAWEI] dhcp relay server group dhcpgroup1  //Create a DHCP server group and enter the DHCP server group view.
[*HUAWEI-dhcp-relay-server-group-dhcpgroup1] server 10.10.10.1  //Add a DHCP server to the DHCP server group.
[*HUAWEI-dhcp-relay-server-group-dhcpgroup1] quit
[*HUAWEI] commit
[~HUAWEI] interface vlanif 100
