Disabling User Name Length Check

Disabling User Name Length Check

By default, security policy is enabled for the local account to ensure security. The policy requires that a local user name length be at least six characters.

If the minimum length is specified for the local user name, the switch also checks user name length.

To disable user name length check, run the following commands:
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] aaa
[~HUAWEI-aaa] undo local-user policy security-enhance //Disable security policy for the local account.
[*HUAWEI-aaa] undo user-name minimum-length //If user name length check has been enabled, disable user name length check.
