show share cifs


The show share cifs command is used to query a CIFS share.


show share cifs [ share_id=? | file_system_id=? ]





share_id=? Indicates the ID of the CIFS share.

The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.

file_system_id=? Indicates the ID of the file system.

The value is an integer between 0 and 65535.



Usage Guidelines

share_id and file_system_id are mutually exclusive.

This command does not support OceanStor 2200 V3 storage system.


  • To query all CIFS shares, run the following command:

    admin:/>show share cifs
      Share ID  Name   File System ID  Local Path  
      --------  -----  --------------  ----------  
      3         cifs1  0               /fs001/     
      4         cifs2  0               /fs001/     
      5         cifs3  3               /fs002/     
      6         cifs4  3               /fs002/
  • To query a specified CIFS share, run the following command.

    admin:/>show share cifs share_id=8
    Share ID : 8
    Name : cifs0
    File System ID : 0
    Description :
    Local Path : /fs001/
    Oplock Enabled : Enable
    Notify Enabled : Enable
    Continue Available Enabled : Disable
    Smb2_ca_enabled : Enable
  • To query the CIFS share that is associated with a specified file system, run the following command.

    admin:/>show share cifs file_system_id=0
    Share ID  Name  File System ID  Local Path  Oplock Enabled  Notify Enabled  Continue Available Enabled    Smb2 CA Enabled

System Response

The following table describes the parameter meanings.



Share ID

Indicates the share ID.


Indicates the share name.

File System ID

Indicates the file system associated with the CIFS.

Local Path

Indicates the local path directory.


Indicates the description information.

Oplock Enabled

Indicates the switch of the opportunistic locking. By using opportunistic locking, a client can lock a file. A server can cancel the locking.

Notify Enabled

Indicates the switch of the notify function.

Continue Available Enable

Indicates the switch of the continue available function.

Smb2 CA Enabled

Indicates the switch of the smb2 continus available function.
