Function

The change devicemanager tls command is used to modify the minimum TLS protocol version supported by DeviceManager.

change devicemanager tls min_version=?

The value can be:

  • v1.0 the version 1.0 of TLS protocol.
  • v1.1 the version 1.1 of TLS protocol.
  • v1.2 the version 1.2 of TLS protocol.

Usage Guidelines

  • After you have run the "change devicemanager tls" command to modify the earliest TLS protocol version supported by DeviceManager, you need to run the "reboot storage service service_name=devicemanager" command to make the modification take effect.
  • Running the "reboot storage service service_name=devicemanager" command results in temporarily inaccessible DeviceManager services. Before performing this operation, you need to ensure that all users have exited the DeviceManager services.
  • Running the "change devicemanager tls min_version=? [ controller_id=? ]" command modifies the earliest TLS protocol version supported by DeviceManager for a specified controller.

Example

Change the minimum TLS protocol version supported by DeviceManager to v1.1.
