show port bit_error

Function

The show port bit_error command is used to show the bit_error of the port.

Format

show port bit_error [ physical_type=? ] [ port_id=? ]

Parameters

Value

port_id=? ID of a port.

To obtain the value, run "show port general" without parameter. The value contains 1 to 31 characters, including letters, digits, and periods (.).

physical_type=? Physical port type.

The value can be "FC", "ETH", "SAS", "FCoE" or "PCIE", where:

  • "FC": indicates Fibre Channel ports.
  • "ETH": indicates Ethernet ports (including iSCSI host ports and management network ports).
  • "SAS": indicates SAS ports.
  • "FCoE": indicates FCoE ports.
  • "PCIE": indicates PCIE ports.

  • To query details on all ports, run "show port bit_error".
  • To query details on a specific port, run "show port bit_error physical_type=? port_id=?".
