Indicators on the CME Rear Panel

The indicators on the central management enclosure (CME) rear panel are on the central partition interconnect modules (CPIs), advanced clock modules (ACMs), and power and fan integrity modules (PFMs). Figure 2-45 shows the indicators on the CME rear panel.

  • Off: The ACM is not powered on.
  • Blinking green: The ACM is being powered on, the clock chip is not configured, or the clock has not been delivered.
  • Steady green: The ACM is powered on, the clock chip is configured, and the clock has been delivered. That is, the ACM is ready to be powered on.

  • Off: There is no power supply.
  • Steady green: The PFM is operating properly.
  • Blinking green at 1 Hz: The management software has not started and has not managed the PFM.
  • Steady red: A fault alarm is generated for the PFM.
