Checking Server Status


Check the indicators on the server and the server status on the central management console (CMC) WebUI before configuring the server.



The 9016 server is powered on (in the Standby state).


  • IP address for logging in to the CMC WebUI
  • User name and password for logging in to the CMC WebUI


Observe the indicators on the 9032 server to check whether the server is running normally.

Check the 9032 server status on the CMC WebUI.

  1. Log in to the CMC WebUI.

    For details, see Logging In to the CMC WebUI.

  2. On the menu bar, choose Overview.

    The Overview tab page shows the server and alarm information. SeeFigure 5-2

  3. Click Current Alarms to check for alarms. If alarms exist, clear the alarms.
