Impact on the System

The server cannot be powered on.

Possible Causes

The intra-board power supply voltage is abnormal.


  1. Check whether the external power supply meets the overall power consumption requirement of the server.

  2. Adjust the external power supply to have it meet the overall power consumption requirement. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to Step 3.

  3. Remove and reinstall the power supply units (PSUs), and power on the server. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  4. Replace the mainboard. Then check whether the alarm is cleared. For details about how to replace a mainboard, see the KunLun 90xx V100R001 User Guide.
