Procedure

  2. Reinstall the cables for the hard disk backplane or PCIe riser card in the correct sequences. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to Step 4.

  3. Remove the cables from the hard disk backplane or PCIe riser card, and reconnect the cables. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to Step 4.

  4. Replace the cables for the hard disk backplane or PCIe riser card. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to Step 5.

  5. Replace the mainboard. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to Step 6.

  6. Contact Huawei technical support.
