What Can I Do If Network Port Configurations Are Associated
Symptom
In the Network window, configure the IP address of a network port. For example, configure the IP address of Ethernet (enP165s0f1) and set Ethernet (enP165s0f1) to ON. See Figure 6-34.
At this time, you cannot change the status of Ethernet (enP1p65s0f0) from OFF to ON manually, and its IP address automatically changes to 128.5.211.81, which is abnormal.
Cause Analysis
Before configuring the IP address of a network port, you did not bind the network port to a MAC address.
Solution
To set the IP address of a network port, click the setting button in the lower right corner. See Figure 6-35 and Figure 6-36.
