Downloading an NIC Driver
Procedure
- Visit the Intel download center at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/.
- In the Search downloads area, enter a GE NIC name (such as I350) or a 10GE NIC name (such as 82599), as shown in Figure 17-1.
- Select the related NIC to go to the download page, as shown in Figure 17-2.
- Select Drivers from the Any Download Type drop-down list and select an OS from the Any Operating System drop-down list. Figure 17-3 uses Linux as an example.
- Select Network Adapter Driver from the search result to go to the page shown in Figure 17-4.
- Click a required version on the left of the page. In the displayed dialog box, accept the agreement, as shown in Figure 17-5.
