Error "invalid magic number: 0" Occurred During the Restart After the OS Installation
Symptom
The error shown in Figure 2-51 occurred during the restart after the OS installation.
Cause Analysis
The RHEL 6 using the UEFI boot mode does not support the Trusted Boot (tboot) function.
KunLun servers support only the UEFI boot mode. If the tboot installation package is selected during the installation, the preceding error will occur during the restart after the OS installation, as shown in Figure 2-52. (The tboot installation package is not selected by default, but can be selected in optional packages under the base package set.)
Solution
During the installation, do not select the tboot installation package. (This package is not selected by default.)
