What Do I Do If Hard Disks Cannot Be Detected?
Symptom
Hard disks cannot be detected because RAID arrays are not cleared.
Solution
- On the BIOS Setup menu, select Advanced, as shown in Figure 1-36.
- Select the displayed LSISAS3008 (or LSISAS3108) RAID controller card and press Enter.
- Select Controller Management and press Enter. The screen shown in Figure 1-37 is displayed.
- Select Clear Configuration and press Enter.
