Preparing Data

To facilitate subsequent operations, you need to prepare configuration data such as the data analysis directory name and IP addresses of all Hadoop nodes.

The interconnection owner needs to contact the Hadoop cluster administrator for interconnection data as shown in Table 14-16.

The Hive metabase is not embedded in Cloudera Hadoop. Therefore, you need to obtain the login IP address, login command, user name, and password of the external database.

One Hadoop node can have one or more IP addresses. If multiple IP addresses communicate with the front-end service network of OceanStor 9000, list all the IP addresses.
