Uploading a File Using FileZilla


This section describes how to use FileZilla to upload a file to the UniformView client.


  1. Double-click the program file on the installation PC.
  2. Set Host to sftp://xx.xx.xx.xx(In the value, xx.xx.xx.xx is the IP address of the UniformView client.) Set Username to root. In Password, enter the password. Keep the default values for other parameters. Then click Quickconnect.Figure 10-8is displayed.

  3. (Optional) Create a directory.

    In the right navigation tree, right-click a directory under which you want to create a subdirectory. On the shortcut menu, choose Create directory and enter a directory name. Click OK.

  4. Upload a file.

    In the left navigation tree, select a directory to save the file that you want to upload. In the right navigation tree, select a directory to which you want to upload the file. Then, drag the file on the left to the directory on the right.


    If you want to download a file from the UniformView client to a local directory, drag the file to the left.
