Deleting an AZ

Deleting an AZ

This operation enables you to delete an AZ.

Prerequisites

  • Before a region is enabled, you can delete AZs in the region.
  • If no cluster is in the AZ that is to be deleted, you can delete the AZ.

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Settings > Storage Region Settings > Region Information Configuration > Region.
  3. In the navigation tree on the left, click in front of Global. In the expanded area, click the owning region of the AZ that you want to modify.
  4. In the AZ list, select the AZ that you want to delete and click Delete.
  5. In the Confirm dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
  6. In the Execution Result dialog box that is displayed, click Close.
