Handling Alarms

You can query an alarm and handle it by taking recommended actions.


If you want to export alarms, set the SSH authentication mode for the node to Public Key, and import the public and private key files of users omuser and omsftp.


  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Alarms > Current Alarms.
  3. Optional: Set Occurred At to All or Custom based on site requirements.
  4. Optional: Set Level and click Search to search for desired alarms.
  5. Select an alarm and handle it by taking actions described in Suggestion.
  6. Optional: Clear alarms.
    1. In the alarm list, select the alarms that you want to clear and click Clear.
    2. In the Caution dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
    3. In the Execution Result dialog box that is displayed, click Close.
  7. Optional: Export alarms.

    Click Save As > Save All or select the alarms that you want to export and click Save As > Save Selected. In the dialog box that is displayed, perform operations as prompted.
