Activating/Deactivating an Account

Activating/Deactivating an Account

You can activate or deactivate an account to subscribe and unsubscribe services.

Context

An active account indicates that the account subscribes the object storage service, and an inactive account indicates that the account unsubscribes the object storage service. The created accounts are active by default.

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Provisioning > Account Management.
  3. Select an account that you want to configure, and choose Properties > General.
  4. In the middle of the page, check the Status of the account is Active.
    • If the Status is Active as displayed in Figure 8-7, you can click Deactivate to unsubscribe the services of the account.

    • If the Status is Inactive as shown in Figure 8-8, click Activate to complete subscribing services.
