Setting an Alarm Threshold

This operation enables you to set thresholds for performance specifications of each component and capacity usage of the system. When the performance or capacity usage reaches a threshold, an alarm is triggered.

Prerequisites

You have logged in to the DeviceManager as an administrator that has the permission. The following administrators have the permission:
  • Super administrator
  • Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Settings > Alarm Settings > Alarm Threshold.
  3. Set an alarm threshold.

    1. Select a specification item and clickModify.

      TheAlarm Threshold dialog box is displayed.

    2. In the Alarm Threshold area, enter an alarm threshold that you want to set.
    3. Click OK.
