Quick Setting

The Quick Setting widget allows you to quickly enable or disable functions such as call forward, DND, Silent, self-view (local video preview), one-key switch (Switch), absence, pickup (PickUp), group pickup (GPickUp), and parked call retrieval (Unpark).

You can drag the Quick Setting widget to the home screen for easy access.

  • In the scenario where multiple numbers are registered with a phone, functions in the Quick Setting widget are effective only to the primary number (first number) of the phone.
  • The Call Forward, Silent, DND, and Absent services are effective to all registered number on the phone.
  1. Tap .
  2. On the CALL WIDGET tab, tap and hold the Quick Settings widget, and drag it to the home screen.

    • Tap to access the call forward settings screen.
    • Tap to enable DND; tap to disable DND.
    • Tap to enable Silent; Tap to disable Silent.
    • Tap to show self-video; tap any button to stop showing self-video.
    • Tap to retrieve the call that has been switched to another IP phone or a mobile phone.
    • Tap to enable absence; tap to disable absence.
    • Tap to answer an incoming call for a specified user.
    • Tap to answer an incoming call for a user in the same pickup group.
    • Tap to retrieve a parked call.
