Before using the hotline function, ensure that the hotline service of the phone has been enabled on the server.

With the hotline function enabled, after you pick up the phone or press the Speaker button, Headset button, or line button of the account, the phone automatically dials a hotline number if you do not perform a dialing operation within a specified period.

In the IMS+UC environment, you can only view the hotline number and delay time on the Call Settings > Hotline page of the phone web page.

In the EC6.X network environment, the hotline configuration is delivered by the server. If the hotline service is configured for a phone account with multiple numbers, each number has the hotline service.

In the UC2.X or IMS network environment, you can perform the following steps to enable and disable the hotline function.

Enabling the Hotline Function

  1. On the web page, choose Call Settings > Hotline.
  2. Select Enable.
  3. Enter a value for Hotline Number and set Delay Time.
  4. Click Save.

Disabling the Hotline Function

  1. On the web page, choose Call Settings > Hotline.
  2. Select Disable.
  3. Click Save.
