Troubleshooting Procedure
- Check whether the ATIC and device are reachable. Run the ping command to test connectivity and use Telnet to test login.
- Check whether the Telnet and SNMP user names are locked or disabled on the device. Check whether the uppercase and lowercase of the passwords are correct.
- There are some security devices such as firewall which configured some security policy that cut down the connection between ATIC and AntiDDoS.
